Located in San Pedro, California on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, TCM was established in 1991 to implement and support telecommunications systems. Expanding in 1994 to include data network design, TCM extends its commitment to provide sound, cost-effective telephony solutions in a future that promises the full integration of voice and data technologies as networks converge.In conjunction with its design and consultation expertise, TCM brings a strong customer service focus to a range of post-installation services including on-site training, customized training modules and technical support. TCM also provides system administration and maintenance services to ensure optimal support in the long term.
TCM is an authorized and certified reseller for TeleSynergy, Telecor and Panasonic. We specialize in telephone systems designed for emergent and mid-sized businesses.
The founder and CEO of TCM, Betty Rombro, has 25 years experience providing system design and management services with specialties in medical environment telecom management and ACD.
Betty is joined by Jorge Rodriguez whose 28 years experience in IT and telecommunications includes ROLM systems, IBM mainframe and LAN connectivity support, PBX maintenance and installation and outside plant engineering.
